The property was perfect for our stay over Christmas. There were plenty of spaces for people to relax. The BBQ was great as was the outdoor space. We had a lot of dinners outside. The aircon was excellent as we were there over a hot period. It was close to the beach, Dunsborough, wineries. The kangaroos were awesome as well!
Lovely stay in a spacious house. Had to message for the check in codes as nothing had come through. We loved using the alfresco area with bbq but the sliding doors to go outside need some attention as one of the doors barely moves and when it does makes the most horrific noise. Ideal stay for multiple families with lots of beds and bedrooms and multiple living areas.

Check in process is not ideal having to pick up keys from in town, a lock box would have been much more convenient. Second shower had some mould on the grout, hadn't been cleaned properly. Unfortunately there was a dead kangaroo that lay in the field with birds pecking at it, not ideal with a toddler. The location was very convenient and the kangaroos at dawn and dusk were amazing to watch.

Thank you for your review and your suggestions.
We choose not to use lock boxes as we have had problems in the past and where possible we like to meet our guests before their stay.
Apologies for the the shower, cleaner would of been sent back out if we were advised. It is ashame about the deceased kangaroo but unfortunately these things happen on the rural properties and we can't be there all the time. Also the kangaroo was not on our property so we couldn't of done anything without the neighbours allowing access.
This is a lovely location as you said and are glad that overall you seemed happy with your stay.
Cape Executive Holiday Properties
The property met more than our expectations. Well appointed and equipped.
A couple of problems. The codebook code provided was incorrect. Later on the day of arrival we had no Gas. I rang Paul who advised what valves had to be turned on etc to get gas flowing. The next day the gas tanks were replaced. We had a lot of trouble with the outdoor area screens. Paul attended on site and eventually was able get them to rise. Paul had arranged a repairer to come out on Friday. The repairer did not turn up. On Saturday before departing I rang Paul again and confirmed the instruction to leave one blind open about 30cms so the repairer could get access on Monday or Tuesday. Thank goodness for mobile phones, those issues were a minor inconvenience. We would happily stay there again. Cheers

Kangaroos Galore
We stayed at the property for a week and had a good time. Kangaroos everywhere, the fire was great to light every couple of nights.
Unfortunately we ran out of toilet paper in the first couple of days (having 9 people in the house for the week) we had to buy extra aswell as needed to buy hand wash, hand sanitizer etc which would of been handy (especially with covid being around)
We had a lovely stay.
Would be happy to stay again.
This house was so lovely and suited all our needs! Big open kitchen and living space with a beautiful view of the paddock, hills and even the ocean! Located 10 min from town and super close to all wineries and breweries. Great price and would 100% recommend to friends and family
Our family consists of mum, dad, son and partner, daughter and her husband and our 6 month old grandson . The weekend away was their xmas present from last year.. Covid forced us to cancel but we were lucky enough to find a weekend that suited. Creating memories, the house was excellent for all of us, beautifully appointed and the location was amazing. Lunch at Wise winery and a visit to a few wineries topped the weekend off. The highlight was all of us being under the same roof. Thanks for the opportunity 😊
Great place to stay for a couple of days , only 10 mins to Dunsborough town centre and lots of wineries and food close by.
You need to provide own fitted sheets, pillowcases and towels, so if there’s a full house it could be an issue., also make sure you take your own toilet paper only limited rolls supplied, which goes quickly when it’s a full house.
What a lovely house to stay in on our weekend away.
Had everything we needed and more.
The kangaroo visits were great.
Would definitely stay here again :)
We had a fabulous holiday at this property. It was spacious, modern and clean with everything we could want for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out the back and watching all the Kangaroos. We will definitely stay here again.
