Nestle on a flat lot with shallow water entry, the home is ideal for a relaxing peaceful lakeside experience. Armour-Stone Wall on the Waterfront walks out to a 40ft Dock w/Floating 16'x10' Dock seating overlooking the crystal clear sand lake. You have a Sand Beach with NO ROCKS. Just pure brown hard sand that stays shallow up to 60+ft. A Kayak, Canoe, 2 SUP boards await you dockside to Explore the Lake. 3-season Muskoka room w/BBQ allows you to dine outside on every occasion! WIFI and super clean spacious. 3 Queen Bedrooms and 1 bunk bedroom. EXCELLENT A/C and WIFI. Great spot to relax, fish and unwind. The kitchen has everything you would find in a home. The living room has lazy-boy recliners and the living room boasts a spacious 26'x26' open concept with board games and air hockey. The view through the Giant Picture window is breath-taking. The Lakehouse awaits your reservation!
