This is an amazing penthouse with the panoramic Strip view and private glass enclosed Jacuzzi that extends off from the balcony 500 feet in the air.(heated 365 days of the year)
Turn on the Jets and relax in there with style
This unit normally rents for 4-9 k a night

Celebrity style leaving, all high-end furniture ultra comfortable mattresses, fully stocked kitchen, 3 Jacuzzis in the unit two oversize master bathrooms with rain showers.

Also there are 3 TVs in the unit
65 inch smart SAMSUNG curve (NETFLIX included) in the living room
55 inch SAMSUNG 4K with PLAYSTATION in the movie room.
Only in private unit,my guests get 200 Mbps wifi (never offered from the hotel)

Palms place is a AAA Diamond rated resort (celebrity favorite) located just mile away from Las Vegas Blvd.

Check in is after 4 pm
Check out at 11 am.
Late check out is possible with extra fee as long as I don't have anyone checking in same day....

This property is absolutely beautiful! I had the best time celebrating my birthday there and had no issues. Even got to meet the host who was a delight. Definitely my go to property for special occasions!

Best Way to Do Vegas

My friends and I have stayed at most major properties on the strip and decided to try something different. Best decision we’ve made in Vegas by far, the property is amazing! Great for entertaining and relaxing. Would recommend for sure.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE

The entire place stunk of marijuana on the floor and in the whole building. The beds did not have top sheets we had to find and put on, the beds were falling apart. Furniture was not good, cheap and old. The place only sleeps 4. The media room is not a bedroom and the bed/couch was nasty I wouldn't let my kid sleep on it because it was so nasty. "TV did not work in bedroom at all and was very old. That was fixed while we were there though" This is not a good place for a family, more for young people who don't have much money. Many more issues but don't have the time or the space to write it all on here. many other places to stay for cheaper and nicer.

Amazing Getaway!

Our family of five (two adults, three kiddos) had a such a spectacular time here! The property itself is stunning, spacious, and the views from that hot tub can't be beat. Great location - close to so much but far enough off the strip for a little more peace. Absolutely no issues getting Lyfts/Ubers from morning to night (usually arrived in two minutes). I'd add that the pool/bar area was also exceptional! Not too crowded and a nice atmosphere for kids and adults alike. Condo was clean and extremely well-stocked. It was super nice to be able to do a few loads of laundry. During our Las Vegas trip, we were able to see a Cirque show, do some shopping, try out some great restaurants, and even took a day to kayak on the Colorado River. It was always such a treat to have such a lovely spot to come back to each evening. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful condo great views and the jacuzzi is definitely a plus.

The best part about renting this unit and I know he owns a few other units is the host Arthur. I feel like I was borrowing a friend's place that's how cool this guy is and how comfortable he made my wife and I feel. Thank you!

This is a great place for a guys trip or romantic getaway. It was nice to have extra space to relax but still be close enough to the strip to get after it.

Very nice view with excellent living experience. Self parking is very close to lobby. Room contain most daily living stuffs. It’s a private room so some others pi required may need charge. However, it’s very nice to live there.

The Dream Penthouse was a great space for my "divorce party". The view of Vegas was epic, the place easily fit 4 guys with plenty of room to spare, and it was connected to the Palms. And it was a quick taxi or Uber trip to the strip.

Amazing place!

Booked this for a bachelor party it more than lives up to the listing information. Best view I have ever had at a place and the owner was super easy to work with. Has a washer/dryer and card keys to get in and out. Will certainly book again next time I am in Vegas.
