Blue diamond cottage marybourgh

Key access fine disappointment on entering property had not been cleaned properly cereal on kitchen floor bathroom dreadful empty shaving heads on floor as well and soap packets and cottonballs blinds to windows thick with dust light globes not working in some rooms the seating in lounge so uncomfortable the two chairsare terrible and the couch sofa kept slipping forward The kitchen sink smells no directions on the dishwasher tried looking up on google too old for information will not be staying there again stairs to front of property too unsafe no handrail and stairs are steep

From this feedback I will examine the root cause. I feel it is little harsh though as the guest also said to me verbally that the house was lovely and this was not mentioned. I also offered a bottle of wine to the guests as they were staying 2 weeks. When they advised me they didn't drink I provided a box of chocolates. At the time this also became some recompense for the one comment the guests made to me about the shavings in the bathroom. I try to excel at a great customer experience. No to be in this case.
