Step out of back gate into the nature reserve strip between the house and lake. Kayaks available on request to enjoy the lake or put your boat in at nearby ramp. Surf is only 5 mins drive away or 10 mins to protected ocean beaches for families. Cook a bbq on the back decks whilst relaxing and enjoying the uninterupted lake views . A romantic setting for a couple and just as good for two couples or two families.

Why they chose this property

Very beautiful lakeside location with a foreshore reserve that goes around the lake for lovely walks. Great surf beaches nearby as well as some that are protected. Great fun kayaking on the lake. Very good shopping nearby ( pharmacie and Coles and Servo etc) and lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from.

What makes this property unique

I have three kayaks for guests use ( with life-vests). The house has lovely light throughout and stunning views from main bedroom. Very pleasant verandah which has bbq and looks out over lakeside reserve and the lake with it's swans and pelicans and ducks etc. Nice big front garden and a back lawn as well.
