Knolls 0133 - Beautiful Top Floor Condo!

With a main channel view, this beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath waterfront condo is a great place for your next Lake of the Ozarks vacation!

Walk into the dining area featuring a 6-top table and an additional 3 seats at the breakfast bar. In the living room, you'll find a couch and recliner, as well as a 55" flatscreen smart TV with Spectrum cable. Need to get some work done while you're here? There's also a desk under the stairs!

Enjoy a full kitchen with all major appliances, as well as small appliances including a toaster and crockpot. Bring some wine or other beverages with you, as this kitchen does feature a wine cooler!

The master bedroom features a king size bed, 55" flatscreen smart TV and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bathroom in the hall also features a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom also offers a king size bed and a 55" flatscreen smart TV.

Upstairs in the loft, you will find a twin over king bunk bed, with a twin size trundle as well, a 55" flatscreen smart TV and the third full bathroom, with a tub/shower combo.

On the deck, you'll find bar height furniture overlooking the water and a electric BBQ grill. A full size washer and dryer is also available inside the condo for use during your stay.

The Knolls Resort amenities are like no other! Enjoy both indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub and sauna, clubhouse, game room, tennis courts (one indoors), a basketball court, a playground and an exercise facility. Lake swimming is also accessible on the cove side from the large swim platform. Bring your boat, as this complex offers onsite boat launching and trailer parking. Dates, not cleaned well, spiders and steps

I don’t recall seeing that this was a three floor walk up, so getting up and down with luggage was a challenge. The floors were filthy, like they didn’t use a broom or mop at all. We were not supplied with enough towels for our entire group (8). The grill didn’t work, so we could cook one of the meals we planned. But the worst part was the spiders and spider webs EVERYWHERE in the house. I will not rent from this complex again.

Laura, We are sorry to hear that this condo did not meet your expectations. We understand that the many stairs can be an inconvenience; if stairs are an issue, please advise us when booking so that we can recommend other units with less stairs. However, the listing on our website shows that there are 20 steps down and 29 steps up to the unit. Each property is provided one set of towels per person that the unit sleeps, and a washer/dryer is available, along with laundry pods, should you need to launder them during your stay. We apologize that the floors were dirty upon your arrival and that the grill did not work properly. In the future, please call our office and we will be glad to address anything that needs attention, whether it is a cleaning issue or a maintenance issue. We try to make our number easily accessible and tell guests to call with any issues they experience during their stay. If an incorrect number of towels was left, we would have been happy to bring a few more over. We also could have sent someone over to clean the floors and take a look at the grill to see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately, spiders were a big issue this year and they are attracted to that dark wood at The Knolls. We try to knock down the webs when we are inspecting and have even started carrying spray with us to try to help cut back on the spiders. Thanks again for letting us know about these issues so that we can improve our services.
