The host’s responsiveness is surprisingly quick and efficient! A very good service provided in that area! The property is actually bigger than it looks on the pictures. Ceilings are higher than standard which gives it that bigger feeling and makes very appropriate to receive multiple guests. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. A suggestions would be to have more tupperwares, which would allow to store left overs during the stay. There were a couple of board games and toys for the pool. The kids like it! I personally winched the pool was a little bit bigger for doing laps but other wise it was perfect. We had a lot of fun with the kids.

Great house. Perfect layout and size for our family. Nicely renovated and area felt safe. Definitely need a car to get around as not too much close by. Only feedback would be to add 2 more loungers in backyard and need pool/beach towels. We would recommend the house to others. Overall, great stay.

Quiet house in great Coral Gables location!

This house worked very well for our family of 5 over the Holiday. It is very close to great restaurants, walking distance to Starbucks and grocery store. Short drive to coconut grove area for even more shopping and eating. The house has a great kitchen space and eating area if you choose to cook at home instead. The heated pool was perfect for the kids everyday. The neighborhood is very quiet, family friendly and lots of dog walking.
