Cabin in the woods

We loved this property. The host added a lot of touches to make our stay feel like home. The cabin is cozy, comfortable, and practical. There were nice linens and towels. The bed was quite comfortable. The decor had an Alaskan flare. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio which has a lake view. The host was easily accessible and quickly responded to questions. I’d 100% stay there again!

Perfect spot!!

Quiet, clean, great place to stay!! Loved the cabin. It rained all 3 days but nice to grill and read and relax!!

Peaceful Stay

Beautiful cabin in a quite patch of birch trees. Wonderful 4 days of solitude. Would definitely return. Use caution on the dirt road, almost lost my front end to a trailer hauling pickup truck driving way to fast on the corners.

Quiet, clean, charming cabin.

Host did a great job of communicating and answering questions. Very clean, well furnished. Great bathroom, new clean sheets, towels. Lots of ammenities. including books, puzzles, book detailing places to eat, visit, lots of little extras. All you really need to bring is food, clothing and personal items.

Alaskan cottage.

We stayed at this cottage for 2 nights. The cottage is in a wooded area and very quiet. The hosts were friendly and the cottage was clean and well furnished. I definitely would stay there again if ever in Alaska.

The property was exactly as listed. The cabin is updated, lovely, clean, safe, quiet, and very comfy! The owners are amazing and went above and beyond in support and kindness. I highly recommend the stay!

Great clean

Great find. Hated the mattress on the master. Great shower. Washing machine was very loud.

The washer and dryer are about 18 months old but have become increasing noisy. My contractor came out to look at it in July, installed new shocks but it is still loud so we ordered a new washer/dryer combo in July but, Alaska being Alaska, it won't arrive for another two months. Sorry about the fact it is noisier than it should be but we couldn't get the new one in before you visited. The mattress is a top of the line memory foam mattress that we purchased in mid-June of this year. I love it but my husband shares your views -- he doesn't like memory foam. I hope you had a good time otherwise and enjoyed the peace and quiet there. Safe travels.

Fantastic place

The house is adorable and made with love. In a great setting on a lake. The owner was beyond helpful and sent us great ideas of activities before our trip. This made for a perfect trip.
