Relax with the whole family at this pet friendly beachside property with heated pool. Literally a 2 minute walk to the patrolled beach of North Avoca and local cafe. Walk along the sand to Avoca Beach and Avoca lake or enjoy a day by the pool. Terrigal is just 3 minutes away by car.
With a spacious outdoor entertaining and huge yard space, amazing light, chilled neighborhood, great kitchen, spacious living and comfy beds, Breathe is perfect for couples and families.

Breathe is set up for you to enjoy a holiday with friends or family. The space is comfortable, air conditioned and across the road from the North Avoca Surf Lifesaving Club. Lots of yard space for the kids to play - bring the cricket bat and set up a game in the large front yard.
Everyone will love a bbq at night and swimming in the pool. We look forward to welcoming you!

Quaint cottage

Nice basic cottage very clean and private pool. Dog friendly but is a small yard. Close to beach. Easy vacation.

Good location

Property was a little tired. Furniture in bedrooms had flaky paint. Cigarette butts laying around outside from previous tennant. Little things missing, like tissues. It's the little extra finishing touches that make it a great stay. There was also a lot of construction around, so noisy from early morning. A heads up prior to booking would have been good.

Unfortunately you cannot please everyone and if you are thinking of staying at Breathe Beach House please consider reading our other reviews.. 'The home was the perfect size for our family of five, is in an incredible location right across from the beach, and has a fabulous pool in the backyard. Alex and Sam were gracious and responsive hosts and the house was in pristine condition. We honestly couldn't have wanted for more - we give our highest praise and endorsement of this stay'! 'Very nice place with a big swimming pool and well located in front of the beach ! Very clear instructions and flexible check in and check out time. Thank you so much ! I fully recommend this airbnb'. We welcome any questions any potential guest may have.
