Enjoy the comfortable furnishings in this cozy, one bedroom condo. Upon entering the front door, you will walk down seven steps to the combined dining and living areas. Walk around the corner to the light and bright kitchen with granite counter tops. The bedroom has a Cal king bed, along with the full bath. The second bed is a full-size sofa sleeper. Access the balcony from the living room. A total of 797 sq. feet. C50

***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.**
This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups.
NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is charming, well stocked & very clean. Communication was clear and quick by text. It’s close to the main area of town and walkable. My only precaution- which may have been stated and overlooked by me- is that you do need to be ok with stairs.

Perfect Getaway!

My family and I stayed here and it was perfect for us. We were able to walk everywhere and relax while we were in the condo. It had everything we needed, even cards to play games with our kids! Would definitely rent again! Thank you!

The unit is clean and well provisioned. The location is good. The furnishings are dated and need some refreshment. Also, the neighbors above can be very loud. The last night of the stay, they seemed to be moving furniture for over an hour. We basically waited for over an hour for them to be done moving before we could sleep.

Hi i really enjoyed my stay here. The only thing is the pull out bed is really lumpy and uncomfortable. But dont get me wrong the rest of the place was great. It was really roomy, nice balcony. Lots of stairs to climb if that matters to anyone.

Cute place however no AC, limited to one fan we had to move it from room to room, limited to one roll of toilet paper for the weekend, we were told that they only provide one and we would have to go to Vons and replenish i, there is a coffee pot, but no coffee, leftovers in the cabinets from other tenants that have stayed there. Pillow were flat very uncomfortable. They provide shampoo conditioner and body wash, but the body wash was empty. I would not rent this facility again.

So clean and delightful!! Very happy !!

I have stayed at many properties in Catalina, even at the Bahia condos , and have friends that own and live there … truly the cleanest !! Only tiny confusion was that the pool and jacuzzi were not filled … but it was ok this trip :)

Bahia Vista, Catalina Condo

The condo was very spacious for a one bedroom. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of bedding for the adults and kids. The location was great, away from all the downtown traffic but just a short walk into the residential area so it was quiet and really nice.

Away from the crowds

This was in a nice corner of Avalon, away from the main part of town. Just perfect for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The full kitchen allowed us to keep our special diet and then relax for a dinner on the balcony. It took a trip to the museum to understand why there was picture of the Cubs on the wall - the pictures themselves were a nice historical tour of the city.

Nice Getaway

Clean. Had all amenities we needed. Close enough walk to town. Property managers were easy to communicate with. We stayed with our two small children (both under 3), so the stairs getting to the unit were cumbersome to traverse with a double stroller. Other than that, no complaints at all.

Secluded and Serene

Loved coming back here every night after the long days of being in the sun and enjoying the local art and wine festivals. The place was well organized and delightfully peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo, spacious and comfortable

We stayed 4 nights in July 2019. Check in & out very easy. Condo and rental agency are just a short walk from ferry pier. No need for taxi unless you have mobility issues. Condo building is set on a hillside so tons of stairs. There is an elevator next to the pool but additional stairs are required. While the condo is well equipped, there are no beach items such as chairs or floaties. Those can be rented at the beach. Vons grocery is a short walk away. The condo is a few blocks back from the beach, a flat walk until you reach the building. Quiet location except for kids in the pool all day. Pool is in center of units so the noise carries. All quiet by 10pm when pool closes. Upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy during our stay. Unit is on 2nd floor of a 3 floor building. The street has a barrio feel. Condo is spacious, updated and very cozy. Two large fans kept us cool and the white noise is great for sleeping. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Nice clean comfortable condo

We stayed 2 nights for a 50th Birthday weekend. Scuba diving and wine mixer along with food and relaxation. Only suggestion if you bring your own dive gear plan on using taxi or Avalon baggage shuttle to take your gear to the dive park and back. We were lucky to have a friends golf cart.

Great quiet condo

The condo was very clean and well kept. Loved that we could walk everywhere while staying at this rental. No need for a taxi or a golf cart. Tvs are small but who is staying in watching a tv while visiting Catalina Island. The rental is quiet which is really nice after all the hustle and bustle on the main strip. Key pick up and drop off was easy even though we arrived at 9pm. Kitchen has everything you could want so no need to pack your kitchen sink. If I was in Catalina again--I would stay here. Enjoy!
