We appreciate you reaching out regarding the cleaning and hope our resolution with you was satisfactory. We followed up right away with our cleaning team to address it. That particular turnover involved an unfamiliar substitute cleaner, which is why a few things were missed, and we've since put steps in place to make sure our regular cleaner handles future stays with a full checklist.
