As you make your way to the back of the house, you'll discover three tranquil bedrooms, including the main bedroom and the bunkbed room, both thoughtfully furnished with air conditioning, offering a peaceful sanctuary for a restful night's sleep. Notably, the bunkbed room is also equipped with its own smart TV, ensuring entertainment options for everyone in your group and BR2 features double doors that open onto a spacious and picturesque backyard, inviting you to step outside and immerse yourself in the serenity of the surroundings. The well-appointed bathroom, separate WC, and laundry facilities provide convenience and practicality for your stay.

Rest assured; you'll have no trouble finding suitable parking arrangements for your stay.
The property boasts a spacious driveway where two cars can comfortably park side by side, in total, the drive can accommodate up to three cars, ensuring ample parking space for you and your guests. Additionally, for any extra parking needs, there is also available street parking just a short distance away.

Pets
Pets are considered on application and incur an additional fee.
Approval for pets is provided on a case-by-case basis and subject to the pet clause as per agency booking terms and conditions.

Special Property Information
Please note that domestic pets are not permitted within the national park. While you can walk your dog on a leash along the road, it is important to ensure they do not venture into the bush, either on or off the leash, as this is strictly enforced to protect the park's ecosystem. Fines may apply for any violations, and it's worth noting that park rangers regularly attend the site to ensure compliance.

Firewood is not provided.  Instructions on how to start a fire and what to use and not to use are available in your guest area from where a “Firewood Starter Pack” and “Campfire Starter Pack” can be purchased as additional booking options along with other upsells.

This property provides complimentary WIFI, and a password will be provided in your email with all necessary access details or will be available at the property. Please note, however, that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WIFI will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back-up plan.

1. The account holder submitting the booking needs to be in occupancy of the premises during the full term of the tenancy.

1a. Groups within the age range 17 to 25 years of age please enquire first.

2. The property is let for holiday purposes only - each booking requires a Guest Registration Form, photo IDs of all guests 16 and above and is subject to the agency booking Terms & Conditions for holiday lettings.

3. The property has noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines. Our properties do not allow bucks, hens, schoolies, or any kind of celebration gatherings.

4a. Our properties are not serviced, they provide supplies & guest amenities as starter packs, usually sufficient for a weekend; if you are planning to stay longer, please BYO.

4b. Firewood Starter Packs, Travel Cots, High Chairs and more are available as additional booking options for guests from the agency guest portal which guests will gain access to after completion of the guest registration process.

​​​​​​​5. The cleaning and management fee is subject to a 1.5x increase for Sunday check-ins and a 2.5x increase for public holiday check-ins. For 2-week bookings, the cleaning fee is doubled and extended stays beyond two weeks require a mandatory fortnightly cleaning service billed to the guest with optional linen changes for an extra charge.
