This unique place has a style all its own. Close to UTM and in the upscale neighborhood of Mississauga Road; the most prestigious area in Mississauga. Perfect location for students of UTM. It is all new, safe, clean, and private. It easily fits two students or a couple. It has two single beds; the second bed can be pulled from below the first (IKEA style) with two storage drawers. Long-term rent is available with bills and WiFi all included.

Wonderful spot

Beautiful neighborhood, a wonderful spacious room with a small kitchen and bathroom. Need a car/Uber for any amenities. Host was wonderful. Really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place

This is probably the best place I have ever stayed in. The studio is brand new as well as the furniture. It is located on the side of the house between the front and backyard where you will find a pond with goldfish swimming around. The house itself in in a swanky neighborhood of beautiful houses and elegant mansions. It is 3 kms away to Gardiner Expressway and about 20 minutes away from Toronto downtown.
