Amazing condo and location! It was close to everything and the beach is perfect!!! Loved the pool on property as well! Would definitely stay here again! It was very quiet since it is tucked back off the main road. Plenty of parking available as well. Absolutely LOVED it!!

It Is a great location, close to beach access and several restaurants. The property is a great size and has everything you need for a nice beach stay. The host Lisa answered any questions wet has quickly and completely. Overall it is a great place to stay on 30A and we had a fantastic vacation

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. Very clean and had all we needed for our stay. It was great that 4 beach chairs were provided so we didn't have to rent. Lisa was so quick to reply after sending a message. It wasn't on the beach, but a quick 5 minute car ride or about a 15 minute walk which was just fine. Nice pool and plenty of parking and even had a few shade trees for parking. Definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect stay

We enjoyed our stay , the condo was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need! The owner was great and check in was super easy , we can’t wait to come back again!

Lisa place was a very nice stay while we were in 30A. She was very communicative when we had issues getting into the place, and she provided detailed instructions on the place and gave us recommendations for the surrounding area. It was about an easy 20 minute walk to the beach. There could’ve been a few improvements on cleanliness, but overall very good! And Lisa was very communicative about apologizing for that. The beds are comfy as well as the whole condo. Overall a great stay and price!

We had a wonderful relaxing week at the beach. Lisa was a wonderful host. Easy to communicate with and accommodating. The location was quiet and peaceful. Beach access was a short drive and not overly crowded. Condo had all the kitchen gadgets you could need. Shops and restaurants were close by. Destin and PCB restaurants and shopping 30-40 minutes away

Perfect for us. Great location. Hidden away and very quiet. Nicely priced. Elevator a definite plus. Lisa was the best that we have ever dealt with. Perfect location - renovated condo - super clean! Don’t miss this!

Lisa is a great host! The condo is flawless with brand new plush carpet in the bedrooms! The beds were very comfortable! The elevator was convenient. Quiet complex with friendly locals that live there. Old Florida Fish House is just a two minute walk away, as well as the Beachy Bean- which was great for morning coffee and açaí bowls. The condo had everything we needed. We will definitely be back to stay here!
