Small place but great for 2 people. Very little accommodations for women, no mirrors for other than bathroom. The bath was stained and rusty. The kitchen sink was rusty. The toilet had some sort of leak on the floor. If upgraded better, it’s prime location to restaurants/coffee

From the owner: “Thank you for letting me know about this. Starkville has had some water quality issues in the past. We installed water filters on the main feeds, and the city has since addressed the water concerns as well. I will make sure our janitorial team takes care of the rust stains. Thank you also for letting me know about the leak. We will have that repaired as soon as possible. I do wish you had reached out to management during your stay so we could have corrected the issue while you were there. I’m glad you enjoyed the location! We agree it’s a great spot.”

Great place for four adults

We stayed here for a football weekend. It was perfect for the four of us. Space is small but we are small people :) Josh was super responsive to our needs. Location was amazing…we were able to easily walk to bars & restaurants on Main St and in the area.
