It was an easy process for check in. The area was quiet and peaceful. Home was very comfortable and clean.We had an awesome weekend. Explored the restaurants around Regina. Also went to the casino for a bit. We celebrated my birthday with steaks and cake with family. Awesome memories with family.

Unit was very clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. Great location for getting on/off major roads. Close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Contact with the owner was very courteous, punctual and the one issue regarding access to the unit was quickly resolved. Would definitely stay there again if travelling to Regina again.

Stayed here for a wedding. We booked for a week with my husband, daughter, granddaughter, Mom and Dad. Very spacious. Enjoyed having our own privacy with the 3 bedrooms. Parking in the back a bonus. Close to so many kids parks. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and quiet home

We had no trouble finding the property. We had a small glitch with the door code but the owner responded immediately and we were good to go! We asked to use the crib and highchair and they were there for us:)The house was clean and tidy. The appliances were all functional. There were enough towels for all! Yay!Overall, we enjoyed the house and would stay there again.

FYI- there is a basement suite which is rented out separately. Condo was clean. Communication with owner was good. Requested a late check out and it was granted.

With luxurious villa and professionally cleaned and sanitized between rentals, this was not as it was advertised. We all went upstairs and wondered what the smell was. The master bedroom closet reeked of animal urine. Same with the laundry room. All carpet was filthy. 3 towels per couple, 2 wash clothes and 2 hand towels for 10 days. Bath matts not washed. Lights burnt out, glass light fixtures caked with grim and dust. Kitchen pots not fully cleaned, somebody's old potato chips in cupboard, used plastic fork in drawer. I cleaned smears off of cabinet door. No forks. Knives in knife block were all dirty, one knife broken, I re-wash the knives. Island had spillage running down it. We cringed from the couch, carpet and basic appeal of the house. When we meet the contact to resolve issues, we did get more towels, enough cutlery to eat with and an attempt, but unsuccessful, cleaning of the closet carpet and a few changed out lightbulbs. He responded with our concerns with no one has complained before. We felt uncomfortable with his tone and left our other concerns. Our suitcases never touched the carpet, and we never hung up clothes in the master bedroom closet, for fear of our clothes taking on the smell. Also, the light bulb broke from being changed out, I have photos of huge pieces left on the dinning room chair. I should not have to contact the listing agent for simple housekeeping normalities. This was not expected, greatly disappointed.
