Great Location. We had a nice visit with our daughter and son-in-law meeting our first grandbaby. The place was clean and well equipped. The location was great and close to everything we needed. Host was very responsive as well.

Great stay North of Seattle

The house was clean, check-in was easy, and the Evolve team was very responsive. A good location for exploring the city and surrounding locations, without the hassle and expense of staying downtown.

Quiet and nice unit

Property is well maintained in a family friendly neighborhood. Well stocked. Host was very responsive to our needs. We are an older couple and it was perfect for us. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Retreat of convenience.

We had a wonderful visit with our son and his family. Everything we needed was within minutes . We found places for our grandsons to have some active play. Great places to eat and interesting places tourist places to visit. Our home away from home had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay.

Baby’s First Trip

We stayed here with some friends as our first trip with our 3 month old and it was great. Unit is exactly as posted in the listing. Laundry being available in the unit was super convenient. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We did need to drive a ways to get to most activities we had planned but that was what we expected as we are familiar with the area.

Beautiful Neighborhood

There were a few minor issues with the rental, but the property manager was very responsive and fixed the issues right away. The house is in a nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and gas stations.
