Very nice property

This was a very nice property. It was close to everything you want to do around the falls and all the local wineries. Very big and clean property. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was spacious and very clean. Communication was seamless, Clair responded almost immediately to any questions. The only thing I would recommend is more cookware...it was sparse; otherwise we had an amaxing experience amd would return.

Excellent base for an extended Welland weekend.

Easy check-in access was important after an 8 hour drive. Despite being a new build neighborhood, nevertheless quiet house made for a restful time. Frogs and birds chirping at night have a country air to the place too.Air conditioning up to the challenge of a heat wave as well.We very much enjoyed our stay.

Sunflower Place

This was a very clean and spacious home for our group of 4 adults. Great location to attend a family event at the local golf course. True to the 5 mins from everything as noted on the property details. Check in/out and contact with host was perfect.

“Deitane rented my home in October and again in December. The first stay was great, but during the second stay, Christmas stickers were left all over the toilet in the guest bathroom, which were difficult to remove without leaving residue. Additionally, a soiled diaper was left in the bathroom without being properly tied up.”

family weekend trip

We came up for a little vacation to visit family in the area. The condo was so clean when we arrived. It smelled so fresh! The owner was so easy to work with. This was a perfect size. We had 4 adults and 2 children and there was ample space for everyone. I did miss having a dresser in the Primary bedroom, however, We would defiantly rent this unit again.
