- While RV/trailer parking is allowed on-site, the driveway is gravel and narrows at one point. It is wide enough for most vehicles; however it may be difficult to navigate with motorcycles, large RVs, or trailers
- The seasonal community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and available for an additional $5/day fee paid upon arrival
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera on the front door facing the front outdoor entry, 1 in the driveway facing the driveway/parking area, and 1 on the upper deck facing the fire pit. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion

Very nice stay! host was very quick to answer any and all questions or concerns. This place is close to so many fun things to do but also was such a neat place it made it hard not to want to stay in all day. The beds were also very comfy which is super important to me!

Amazing Getaway!!

Such a beautiful place with amazing views! We had the best time, the game room and hot tub were a hit! Also nice and close to many activities Downtown eureka, restaurants! We will stay here again if we take a trip to Eureka again!

We arrived 2 hours earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in early, which was awesome! The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of this house was also perfect. We were super close to the grocery store and we only a short drive to Eureka Springs downtown. The view from the porch and hot tub was beautiful! We loved having the fire pit, but it was on a slope so I didn’t feel comfortable letting my almost two year old walk around by hisself. But my four year old loved roasting marshmallows! Make sure to bring your own firewood. This is our third time to visit and this was our favorite place that fit our budget! I hope to be back soon!

Convenient, quiet location

Not far to town, gas and such, great view of the surrounding hills, hot tub was nice, tvs are good, kitchen is functional, small garage is good for storage. Driveway pulls thru which is handy if you have a trailer, although tight entry and exit with totally blind hills both ways. Lotta stairs in and around the house. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place

We loved staying here and will book again. I was concerned about the outside and stairs with a 3 year old but we had no issues with it, other than me trying to get used to going up and down them. The house is beautiful and the nights are peaceful. I enjoyed the trees and cool breeze that helped keep the summer heat down. We kept our grandmother on the first floor to avoid the stairs.

And a direct exit to the primary deck with the best view of the Ozark Mountains. This area is accessible with just a couple of steps from the driveway, making it convenient for those who need to avoid stairs.We want to mention that while the main floor is well-suited for easy access, the house has not been set up for babies or toddlers. Great Stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The garage was an absolute blessing, as the area received about 5 inches of snow shortly after we arrived. It was nice to know I didn’t have to worry about scraping windows before we headed anywhere. We spent a lot of time in the basement, watching TV and playing games. The hot tub was also great to have- we liked watching the snow fall while sitting in it. Everything we needed was in the house. With the snow, we packed plenty of meals and snacks. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare what we had brought. It was such a relaxing vacation, which was all we had asked for!

Boat.

We had a big issue pulling the boat out of the driveway. It said in the description that you had camper/trailer parking so we assumed we could get a big trucks and large boat through there. My dad pulled in at night so he got the boat in. Then when we went to pull out we got seriously stuck for a couple hours and we’re halfway in the road. We had to build a bridge in the ditch with logs and rocks to even barely make it out of there. It’s not a huge deal we made it out but maybe put in the description for future people if you have a large truck and boat you may not be able to make it out and enter at your own risk. Other than that we loved our stay!

It can accommodate small boats like bass boats, small travel trailers, or motorcycle trailers. The house is situated on a significant slope of the Ozark mountains, providing a breathtaking view, which is the main attraction of this location. However, this also means the roads are narrow and winding, visibility entering and exiting the driveway is limited, and navigation is challenging with a large boat.For larger boats, such as pontoons, houseboats, or large cigar boats, we recommend renting a slip at the Marina, just a 5-minute drive from the house.
