This charming 2-bedroom condo in Crystal Beach is a popular Destin vacation rental with a large living room, great views, and an additional 2 twin beds located in the hallway’s bunk beds bringing the number of happy beach-going guests to six You’ll love the modern clean touches throughout but the big comfy couch is a real show stopper and the best place to plop down and relax after a day of fun in the sun!

The open floor plan lets the chef in your family prep and cook fresh seafood while chatting it up with the rest of the clan at the 4-top breakfast bar, which does double duty as a regular bar if you’re serving up your favorite beachy cocktails! Miles of counter-space means you can really spread out. Stainless steel appliances are ready to help you make all your favorite recipes from the comfort of your beach home.

The primary bedroom features a grand king-size bed nestled in clean, crisp decor--it's a great place to wake up! The secondary bedroom has a cozy queen and is equally well-appointed. You’ll love your stay in this modern take on a classic 2-bedroom layout with everything you need for a great beach vacation.

The beautiful condo is on the third floor and there are stairs required to access the the condo.

Grand Caribbean East is a classic collection of beach condos with a fun family pool, grills for cooking outdoors, and a location that puts you within walking distance of the beach. Friendly bars and restaurants nearby, and the excitement of Scenic 98 add the joy of your vacation stay. Book your stay today and we will see you at the beach!

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Xmas Vac.

This property was exactly as described. Excellent view of the beach and in a beautiful location and we felt very safe here. Minutes from shopping and restaurants. Kitchen was very well with stocked with dishes, pots & pans, etc. The condo was very clean, and floor plan was great. You will not regret booking this condo. We loved, loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Wedding weekend!

Perfect place to stay for additional members of wedding that we're not able to stay in the eight bedroom. Eight bathroom house that was easily within walking distance. Great location to a restaurant and with this date light traffic. Generally clean but especially well stocked with towels. And that was appreciated. Well stopped

Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Everything was great! Only slight item that we were not super thrilled with was that we got a text that the air filter needed to be changed and someone would come by and then also a plumber to fix an issue previously reported. With teen girls that stayed back to sleep late while we were at the beach we were not super comfortable with this. Would be great to coordinate things like this on check-out days or give a specific time instead of could be sometime today or this week.
