This condo has amazing Intracoastal Waterway views and perfectly located next to the ocean. Flagler Beach is know for it's laid back atmosphere, local eclectic shops, six miles of uncrowded shoreline, ocean-view dining, lush green parks, bountiful fishing spots, surfable waves, and free access to the beach. Other than the local stores you would need to make the short drive to Palm Coast for the larger big boxed retail stores. Thank you for being our guest! Please note that the beach nourishment project is disclosed in the property description prior to booking, as it is a much-needed project happening throughout the Florida coastline. While the work is ongoing, it does not affect guests' ability to visit or enjoy the beach, which remains open. As for the construction next door, our listing photos, visible before booking, do show the building that was being constructed at the time, though it is no longer active. Hi Terry, Thank you for your feedback—we're glad you enjoyed the easy check-in, the beach access, and the dog-friendly neighborhood. Flagler Beach is definitely a special place! I did want to clarify a few things mentioned in your review. You reached out to us about the internet two days before your departure, and it was during the later evening hours. We tried to troubleshoot over the phone, but I needed to contact the internet provider directly. Since it was late, I followed up with them the next morning, and they confirmed the service was back up and running. Your wife also called the day before check-out to report an odor coming from the kitchen sink. I offered to send someone out right away to check both the sink and internet connection, but was told not to worry about it since you were leaving the next day. The hot water issue in the master shower was not mentioned during your stay. After reading your review, we immediately inspected it and found no issues with the hot water.
