All good, the hot tub controls were not working, difficult to set the heat.

Thanks for the 5-star review. Sorry the hot tub controls weren’t working and were difficult to set — we appreciate the heads-up and will have our maintenance team check and resolve it. We’d be happy to host you again.
Woke up itching like crazy. Messaged host and they weren’t proactive, never followed up. I had to sleep between 2 comforters

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
The location of the property was great, and the space itself was nice and roomy, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, there were several issues that took away from the experience—especially considering the price. The hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived. We were able to get it running ourselves, but it took too long to heat up, so we couldn’t use it the first night. We tried calling property management that evening, but they were already closed for the night. We left a message, but no one ever got back to us the next day. There were also a few other issues, like a broken fan remote and various small things throughout the home that needed maintenance. The area around the hot tub was also dirty, which didn’t help. The home has potential, and the location is definitely a plus—but for the cost, we expected it to be in much better condition and more professionally managed.
