Welcome to our amazing suite! Our renovated basement suite is a hidden gem, featuring stylish stair lights, a Pac-Man arcade, private laundry, a color-changing fireplace, two beautiful bedrooms, smart TVs with Netflix and a spacious living room.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. Please note that everything is separate except for the shared entrance. Book now for an unforgettable stay in our perfect home away from home!
Guest access
You can access everything in the basement except our storage underneath the stairs as you come down your unit.
Other things to note
The shared space is the main door access mud room. Two lockable doors separate the units. Most likely you will never see us but it is to note we share an entrance with each other. You may hear the footsteps from our golden retrievers.

Great night away

Hubby and I needed a night out of the city limits of Calgary. This was a perfect place. The dark king size bedroom was perfect for us to catch up on some much needed rest.

Great location/Clean and modern

The newly renovated space had everything we needed. Adam and Sam were great hosts. Close to grocery and restaurants. It was a beautiful drive to Banff Canmore and Lake Louise.

Excellent place to stay in Cochrane Alberta

We had a wonderful stay at the Finlay's basement converted 2 Bedroom house. The place was immaculate and we were delighted with all the amenities provided to us. The place is about an hour's drive from the Banff National Park and the town of Banff. Our host also gave us excellent recommendations to try some local cuisine and ice cream places our girls loved. I would highly recommend staying at this place.

Home Base for Mountain Adventures

We had a lovely stay in this spacious and very clean suite. The air conditioning was a huge plus in the 30 degree weather. The beds were very comfortable and the living area was perfect with a large TV and Netflix access. The hosts were helpful and replied quickly to questions and/or concerns.

Great Unit

The unit is spotlessly clean. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Under an hour to Canmore. Short drive to Calgary. Lots to do in Cochrane. Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent experience with our stay in Cochrane . Our accommondation was spotlessly clean. Our Hosts Sam and Adam were excellent with communication , Extremely understanding and compassionate about our situation and reason for visiting Cochrane. They graciously allowed us some freedom with check in and check out times Due to our flight arrival times and departures.The king Bed was very comfortable, The Kitchen was certainly substantial for all our needs.We felt the enviroment was very secure and safe. We would absolutely use and book for our future needs.We highly reccomend anyone wishing a comfortable and peaceful stay to book this lovely little retreat!
