Amazing Property

The house looked just like the pictures! It was beautiful, very spacious and clean. The pool area was amazing! We saw all sorts of fish in the channel including a sting ray. The owner was very nice and helpful.

Great escape from the Ohio winter.

We found this home to be a great vacation destination. It was as described. We really enjoyed spending time in the large screened in lani and heated pool that overlooked the canal. The location was near several restaurants and stores. The home was very clean and well taken care of. The owner was great to work with. We hope to return again soon.

The rental is as described. The owner was clear up front before renting about storm damage. We rented after the hurricane. None of the issues affected our stay. I would rent again if in the area.

Great home, neighborhood, and amenities

Everything we needed and more! Tim was very responsive and helpful! We enjoyed the entire outside area the most! The heated pool, fishing and exploring the dock area. We ate most meals at the house and had everything we needed! Grocery store is just a minute away! We traveled to nearby beaches both by car and boat....definitely recommend renting a boat. It was AMAZING! Dolphins everywhere! We will definitely return!

Dolphins in your back yard!

This house was perfect for our family. We took advantage of the dock and had a boat delivered right to the house. It could not have been easier. Quick ride out to Sanibel and other smaller islands and boat up bars and restaurants. We spent much of our time in the pool and outdoor space. The screened in area was such a luxury. The interior is tastefully decorated and we appreciate the calming neutral decor and lack of seashells everywhere. Tim was so kind and offered great tips whenever we asked. We will absolutely be coming back here. Cape Coral was better than we could have expected and the house was the icing on the cake!

Cape Coral Surprised Us

We really enjoyed the local dining. Nice location to visit and explore other cities. Rotary park is a nice park to explore. Owner is a wonderful communicator super friendly . We would definitely come again!

Very relaxing

The property was very clean organized. The pool area was beautiful and we’re we spent most of our time there. Unfortunately we picked a week that did nothing but rain!! We still enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again. Tim made the check in easy and provided us with many ideas of what to do on our stay.

Spring get away

Great place to stay. Very clean. Well stocked with everything we needed to have a nice trip. Centrally located to the places we wanted to go. Tim was very responsive and helpful with questions we had. He also offered some dinning suggestions based on our destinations. Highly recommended.

Cape Coral vacation

Clean premises with all amenities. Located on a nice quiet street close to restaurants, beaches, shopping. Nice to have a heated pool with water views. Owner ( Tim ) has been fantastic with providing sightseeing, dining and entertainment recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

Cape Coral houses the most canals in the entire world and is a hub for boaters, fishers, bikers, entertainment, amazing food, and some of the friendliest locals! I love being a host because it gives me the opportunity to share a town and a home that I value so much.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it's close to my favorite Cape Coral restaurants and beaches. It only takes 6 minutes to get downtown, but you can always come back to a peaceful neighborhood and escape the hustle and bustle.

What makes this property unique

This property is able to enjoy the best views of Cape Coral sunsets due to its western exposure. The large windows within the sunroom are always filled with natural light, and during sunset, the entire house is filled with a stunning orange/pink glow.
