We need temporary accommodation near a new home we were renovating. We had already been staying for a month at Meriton at bondi junction in a 2 bed room with laundry. It was much noisier because of road noise than this place which was incredibly quiet. Shops are across the road and you have your own parking space. The only reservation is the combination washer dryer. They are a massive compromise and very slow. 100 metres away is a commercial self serve laundromat so washing is not a problem. Overall very good value for money and very convenient. You can get a bus to Kingsford Juniors and get the tram to the city in about 30 minutes.
