The main villa has 3 double bedrooms and 1 room wirh 2 single beds each with ensuite bathroom : the 2 Master bedrooms are equipped with TV and Hi-Fi ( B&O) .pleasant and relaxing (equipped with TV and Hi-Fi ). Pleasant and relaxing living room with fireplace, dining room with table for 10 people, fully equipped kitchen (La Canche), Veranda with lovely garden view and TV and Hi-Fi system (B&O). The Villa has also two connected dependences, each with 1 double bedroom and ensuite bathroom, lounge, fitted kitchen and 5 extra beds.
The Villa has a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 en-suite bathrooms + 4 additional beds : it can accommodate 16 persons in total
A very nice swimming pool, 12x6m , with Italian marble path , under a blossom of orange trees ,equipped with special protection fence and alarm system for children. There are 2 large terraces in the Villa , decorated with antique terracotta Provençal tiles : one facing the pool, under the shadow of a secular plane tree, with sofas and a large dining table for 18 people, the other terrace with full sea view under a flowery pergola and with a dining table for 10 persons. There is also a sweet dining table corner , in iron work, ideal for summer aperitifs. A sunny 3000 m2 garden park is surrounding the Villa, with fruit trees, roses and lavender bay.
