The Space:
Enter the apartment into an open-plan kitchen/living area. There’s a wide kitchen bench/breakfast bar with a couple of stools, a 2-burner electric cooktop, under-bench microwave, toaster, kettle and a medium sides fridge. The living space is carpeted and provides a wall-mounted smart TV, 2 armchairs, a coffee table and huge windows overlooking the apartment’s balcony and Brisbane city beyond. This living area flows through to the bedroom, which can be sectioned off with a sliding partition, and comes with
a queen-sized bed, side tables with lamps, a mirrored wardrobe and suitcase rack. Glass sliding doors lead out to the balcony running the width of the apartment, with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy the absolutely stunning views of Brisbane River and the city beyond. Back inside, the apartment’s roomy bathroom is by the front entrance, offering a combined shower/bath, a vanity and toilet, as well as a top loader washing machine and separate dryer.
Building facilities include a gymnasium with machines and some basic hand weights, and a sauna.
The Neighborhood:
Central Cosmo Apartment Hotel overlooks the spectacular Brisbane River and is perfectly positioned on Park Road in Milton, popular for its eateries and boutique shops. Check out the Sunday Milton Markets, just 7 minutes’ walk away for food stalls, handicrafts and live music. Or tour the XXXX Brewery, only 10 minutes stroll from the apartment, as is Milton Park. Suncorp Stadium is only 15 minutes away on foot, with the Convention & Exhibition Centre, Queensland Gallery of Modern Art, and the Queensland Performing Arts Centre all under 30 minutes’ walk away (or half that time by public transport. The Museum of Brisbane and Queen Street Mall are just a little further. The Gabba is 7 minutes away by car.
Getting Around:
Onside parking can be organised in advance for an extra $10 per day. Alternatively, there are nearby bus services and Milton train station is 7 minutes’ walk away.
Other Things to Note:
* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is the case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
