The Space:

Lovely bright open space family room with large modular lounge and wall mounted TV. Here you can sit on the lounge relaxing while you watch the sea. To keep you comfortable you will find a split system air conditioner and a ceiling fan and the blinds in this area are controlled through a remote ensuring you don’t have to get up to adjust or close the blinds.
The dining area allows for eight people to sit and relax and watch the ocean while enjoying meals. Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen and includes bar stools at the bench and a view of the sea at the end of the street. The kitchen is equipped with a French door fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, Delonghi pod coffee machine and more.
In addition, there is a powder room with toilet and basin on this level.
Bedroom one includes a king bed, ceiling fan, walk through robe and a large ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.
There are fabulous views of the sea at the end of the street from the outdoor partially covered deck that wraps around the dining and lounge area. There is plenty of seating and dining to enjoy the BBQ or just take in the afternoon sea breeze.
Downstairs
A central second family room includes a sofa, bean bags, a ceiling fan, TV and DVD.
Bedroom two has a king bed, ceiling fan and built in robe.
Bedroom three includes a queen bed, ceiling fan and built in robes.
Bedroom four consists of two single beds, a ceiling fan and built in robes.
The main bathroom is spacious with a bath, shower, toilet and vanity basin and the
laundry includes a washing machine.
The back yard is securely fenced, with a grass area and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
There is undercover carport for parking and an electric car charging station (please request if you need to utilise this).
