Welcome to Wolfgang’s Shack – your perfect beachfront escape set in the dunes at Middleton Beach, lovingly known as Wolfgang’s favorite place on Earth. 🌊✨

This newly renovated two-story home offers the ideal setting for families and friends to relax, reconnect, and soak up the coastal vibe. With a spacious layout, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 people, making it perfect for your beach escape. It is so rare to have a property that is absolutely beach (or dune front). The property is located at the furthest end of ever popular Newell Ave so is extremely quiet and peaceful.

Upstairs is the main living room, dining space and kitchen with magnificent views of the dunes and ocean. There is also a main bedroom and ensuite bathroom. This space has plenty of room to kick back, unwind, and enjoy quality time together.

From the living room, head out to the spacious deck nestled into the dunes. This is a glorious spot to sit and unwind, surrounded by nature.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms and another bathroom. A games room has been built that is home to a pool table and table tennis table. There’s a nautically inspired yard with a BBQ area that’s perfect for casual outdoor dining. The huge lawn has plenty of space for kids and pets to run around and play.

For the adventure seekers, the beach is literally on your doorstep. The games room houses an array of surfboards and boogie boards so you can fully embrace the coastal lifestyle.

Bedroom Configuration (Sleeps 8, 6 Adults, 2 Children):

Main Bedroom: King Bed (Sleeps 2)
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Third Bedroom: 2 Double Bunk Beds (Sleeps 4, top bunks are not suitable for Adults.)

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

100% Pet-Friendly

The property is fully fenced, with the lowest point being a 1-meter fence. It is completely pet-friendly and offers a spacious grassed area that’s perfect for your pets to enjoy. The property welcomes your well-behaved pets inside.

Middleton Beach is a treasure trove of activities, from cockling, fishing, and surfing to visiting the local animal farm and the pub. It’s also perfectly situated for exploring nearby gems like Port Elliot, Goolwa, and Victor Harbor.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
