Protaras Almaria Villa #7 is located in the popular resort town of Pernera -Protaras in a secure gated residence community just minutes away from some of the islands most beautiful sandy beaches and all amenities from premiere international restaurants to traditional cafes and markets.

This modern villa with private heated pool is brand new and has been fully finished with modern luxuries and stylish accents.

Enjoy 3 air conditioned bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes and large windows with black-out shades. The main living area has a fully equipped modern kitchen with lots of space for creating your perfect meal, private pool , terrace and everything you will need or want for a pleasant stay among family and friends.

On the first floor you will find bright and spacious open plan kitchen, dining area with large sliding glass doors overlooking the pool and terrace. The pool area includes 4 sunbeds and a full dining set . Comfortably furnished living room with flat panel TV. A large sofa in the living room makes for relaxing and comfortable entertaining. Also on this floor you will find a guest bathroom.

On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms for relaxing sleep and 2 bathrooms the one of them en suite in the master bedroom.
Bathroom consists of shower and toilet.

Wifi is available throughout the villa.

The villa will be private and available to the guests in its entirety.

The villa has self-check-in but we are always in the area and available should you require any assistance.

Parking space available for one car while the second car can be parked outside of the property in the visitors parking.
