Thank you for your feedback regarding the pull out bed. We have inspected the pull out mattress and it is functional and operable, there are some metal pieces on the frame where the springs connect to the frame but nothing that should cause a safety concern or a reason for not being able to sleep on the mattress. Of course we understand that sofa mattresses are generally speaking not the most comfortable, but this seems to be a very standard pull out frame and mattress that was accessible. We are sorry that the guest chose not to use it or sleep on it, and we are in the process of exploring a new mattress for the existing frame to make it more comfortable. Also as a reminder you can always reach out during your stay for on site assistance. Thank you again for the feedback and we believe the issue has been addressed. Mammoth Reservations
