Beautiful view over Kapiti Island in one direction and a glistening private pool in the other.

Perfect place to spend the summer, lazing by the pool or at the beach, followed by a hot spa or sauna.

All of this only a 40 minute train ride or half hour drive to Wellington. 10 minute walk to the station or village with an excellent cafe scene.

Stunning property in a great location

This was our first stay in Paekakariki and I couldn’t recommend this property enough. The house is beautifully decorated with all the modern amenities you would expect. As it was a sweltering weekend we spend the majority of the time in the pool. It was excellent and my son loved all the pool accessories that was available too. We used the spa pool and sauna and both are excellent! The park across the road was great if you have little ones as it is practically an extension of the yard which makes is easy to go play when the need arise. We arrived in our vehicle on the Friday and only got in the car again on Monday as we never had the need to drive anywhere as everything was within walking distance. Highly recommend this property!
