Somers beach house, spectacular ocean views and direct beach access
Perched in the treetops with expansive views to Westernport Bay and Phillip Island, this cool, relaxed beach house has everything you need for the perfect summer holiday. Enjoy drinks on the upper deck overlooking the ocean, prepare meals in the well appointed kitchen and relax in the living room with air conditioning, wifi, Frame TV and sound system. This level includes master bedroom, bathroom and powder room.
Lower level has 3 further bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and large family room with pool table, foosball table, kitchenette and second sitting area with TV.
Outside there is offstreet parking for up to 3 cars, beautiful, established gardens, spa pool for 6, outdoor table for 6, fire pit, level grass area and outdoor shower.
Beach is minutes away via a path with direct access and Somers General Store is a short stroll away for morning coffee. Balnarring Village with Richies Supermarket and great restaurants is a 10 minute drive and the rest of the Mornington Peninsular, with spectacular wineries, restaurants, beaches and golf courses is all close by.
Available 25/26 Christmas and New Year weeks only. Preference for 2 week let.
