In my experience staying with any similar service, when you book, or the day of, you get a message from the host letting you know where it is, how to get in, etc. Received no such message, had to probe the host for information regarding exact address of the place as well as unit number since it was an apartment. Was never given access to WiFi. Overall not a bad place but host is difficult to communicate with.

For the guest seems to be nice person, with he did concerning the address first as a guest booking on Vrbo platform you should have checked well and I believe the address should appear on the platform without me given you . When that will be corrected seen guest need address as soon as possible. For the wifi I sent to why will you say you didn’t have access to wifi . I give wife when guest get in. Thank you
