Hello Jon, sorry that you were unsatisfied with your stay. However I did not request to see your pay stubs, you voluntarily showed them to me. Although I believe that I was rightfully cautious since the vrbo site had notified me of problems with your credit rating and suggested to cancel your booking. However, again because of the short notice, I did not receive this message until after you began your stay. Since you were my first vrbo client, along with the short, 1 day notice, the tv and internet were not yet immediately ready. I let you know that I had the tv in my car during check in and it could be brought into the unit but you refused and you were compensated. The WiFi was scheduled to be set up on your second day, and because of the short notice, it seemed that you were understanding of this, saying that you had your own unlimited internet. The installation date was later postponed to your third day, and for that I apologize again. I apologize if I came off strongly about smelling of marijuana, I wish to maintain a smoke free environment in the condo and simply requested to refrain from smoking in the unit. I appreciate that you left the suite in the same excellent condition, I apologize again if you had an unpleasant experience during check in, and thank you for your feedback.
