The location is ideal for being in and around Knoxville for football, concerts etc. It was clean and well kept. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again for future visits. Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful time staying here with family and friends. The home was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Beds were super comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and just a short stroll to a beautiful river park. Definitely worth it!
The house was perfect for our UTK graduation visit. We were really close to campus and had the Gay St. bridge been open, we would have been even closer. We wish we would have found this house 4 years ago when our daughter started at UTK. The neighborhood was so friendly! Great shopping, eating and nightlife. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch and our pre-dinner relaxing. Owners were responsive and lovely to work with.
We stayed here while we were in town for a swim meet. The location is great near campus, with restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Photos accurately describe the home. It was great for the price. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate. My husband left his Whoop charger, and the owners mailed it to him. So nice!
We came in town for the GA vs. TN game. The house was very well equipped, very clean and in a great location. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and we even walked home from the stadium. Would love to stay again!!

The house is close to everything in Knoxville. It is within walking distance to alot of places. The house was perfect for my family of 3. Communication was excellent!!
This house was comfortable and close to everything we needed. It’s on a main street, but it was not too loud. We were able to walk to good restaurants. We were visiting our daughter who is a UTK student, and we did not have to travel far to join her. We even walked from campus to the house one evening.
I had a fantastic stay at this VRBO near the University of Tennessee. From start to finish it was exactly what we hoped for.Cleanliness:Everything was spotless. The place was clearly well maintained—floors, linens, bathrooms, kitchen… everything looked and felt fresh. You could tell the host takes pride in the property.Location:It’s in a great spot. Close to the campus, so very convenient if you’re there for anything UT-related—games, events, visiting, etc. Also, downtown Knoxville is just a short drive (or ride), so you get easy access without being right in the thick of busy traffic.Dining and Amenities:There are several good restaurants nearby, which was a real bonus. Whether we wanted something casual or a nicer sit-down place, we didn’t have to go far. Also appreciated that the surrounding neighborhood felt safe and pleasant for walking to dinner or grabbing coffee.Host & Overall Comfort:The host was responsive and everything about the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The beds were comfortable, and all the basic amenities were there and in good shape. For the price, this place offered really nice value. If I had to suggest anything, maybe adding a few more seating options in the living room would be nice. But honestly, that’s a minor thing in an otherwise excellent stay. Highly recommended if you’re visiting UT!
