Great property! Plenty of room for our group of 9 adults. House was super clean and had everything we needed. The rooftop was amazing. Would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this spot to anyone thinking of traveling to Nashville. Host was easy to communicate with, answered any question we had quickly.

Stayed for a long weekend. Host was very attentive to needs. The place was very clean with spacious bedrooms. Only a small bar of soap in bathrooms. No bodywash, shampoo, conditioner… the rooftop was great but the seating area was a rundown (thus, the 4-star rating instead of 5) but overall a great place for a large group.

Wonderful stay. Great location. Roof top was perfect. Lots of stairs, but not an issue for us. Host was very responsive to my questions. Would definitely book again.

This was an absolutely perfect property. It was a truly memorable place to stay. We absolutely loved it. Even the pullout couch was very comfortable with some sort of relatively thick memory foam mattress. The only small complaint is that there isn't much within walking distance, due to the Nashville heat in the summer, but that's nothing to do with this amazingly kept property.

The house was nice. The rooftop was not as nice as we were were hoping. The furniture is more worn and torn than expected. Overall though it was nice and accommodating.

Host was very helpful when I was unable to unlock the door! The kitchen was well supplied. Kids loved the game room. Beds were comfortable. The only drawback was the traffic noise; also, other tenants were loud and inconsiderate--not the fault of our hosts! Some of us enjoyed the hot tub even though the weather was a bit chilly!! The only drawback was the fact all of us (11) couldn't gather in the living area comfortably, but the plus was the space for those who needed quiet time to escape to another part of the unit! Great location for going either downtown or toward Opryland hotel. We enjoyed the stay.

Thanksgiving in Nashville

The property was great. Had plenty of bedrooms for each guest. We loved the fact that each bedroom had a television. The game room really made the property the perfect place for us. My only negative comment would be the lack of cooking items in the kitchen. I am sure most people go out to eat and only use the property to sleep but that was not the situation for us. A $500.00 trip to Wal-Mart or Target for basic kitchen essentials - a hand mixer( which we purchased and left), a large frying pan, a large mixing bowl , measuring cups( which we also purchased and left) .... would go a long way to making it a truly complete rental property. All and all, highly recommend.
