Great House/Location

This is a great house and location. The house was very clean, comfortable and stylish, with everything we needed. We enjoyed the private backyard and the fact we could walk to multiple coffee shops, restaurants, bars, parks , and even the grocery store. We would rent it again.

We had such a wonderful time. The house was simply perfect. Met our 2 adult children for a 5 day vacation. Layout stylish and simple. Plenty of space to hang out together or apart. We used the outdoor kitchen daily, and entertained a few friends at the indoor island for a nice dinner. The spa bathroom in the primary suite made it very easy to relax before heading into the city.Really this was exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. We will book again. Thank you Austin

Save yourself the headache and just book a hotel. The ac did not work at this property at all. We tried getting the host/owner to fix it but he just kept repeatedly telling us that a maintenance team would be coming soon to fix it. The maintenance team never came and the host eventually stopped responding to our messages. DO NOT stay at this house or book with this management company. Two people in our party also got stung by wasps inside the house and the backyard patio.

The VRBO pictures are extremely misleading. The exterior, both front and rear, is full of weeds and unkempt landscaping. We had a party of four, so the host knew that we would use the second-floor bedrooms. A bed collapsed when a member of our party sat on it. A VRBO representative had the nerve to suggest that it occurred because the member weighed too much. The air conditioning did not cool the second floor. The temperature never dropped below 80 degrees. Neither ceiling fan on the second floor worked. We asked the host to bring over stand-up fans to help, but he refused. Last, the furnishings are cheap and unattractive.
