Muskoka Serenity: A Lakefront Escape

One bedroom is on this level with the master having an ensuite, and a separate family bathroom off the hallway.

 The outdoor patio, complete with a firepit, is a highlight of this property.  Rentals include a cleaning service; however, the cottage must be left in a tidy condition 
 Winter access requires good snow tires but does not need a 4-wheel drive 
 The waterfront dock has sun from sunrise to approximately 3 pm. The secondary swimming area gets sun later on in the afternoon.  
The deck is a new addition and railings/safety measures are being added. Please use the deck at your own risk and exercise caution around the edges.
 Waterfront  The waterfront has a sandy, silty bottom, with water approximately 4 feet deep off the dock.  It’s generally clear of weeds and good for swimming. L-shaped dock is 35 feet long with 4 feet of water parallel to shore, and another 30 feet with depth ranging from 4 feet deep to 0 deep at shoreline.
 
 
 Close-By Attractions 
 
   Walker's Point Lookout Trail  Enjoy this 0.8-km out-and-back trail near Muskoka Lakes, Ontario. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 15 min to complete. This trail is great for birding, cross-country skiing, and hiking, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash. (3 mins) 
   Hardy Lake Provincial Park  You will find the Hardy Lake trails in Hardy Lake Provincial Park just off of Hwy 169 east of Torrance. There are no facilities at this Park, but there is a parking lot and hiking trails. This is a non-operating park, and as such biking, motorized vehicles and camping are not permitted. (7 mins)

The Municipality requires rental guests sign a Rental Guest Code of Conduct. It will be sent to you upon booking for electronic signature.  A supplemental information form (under 5 min to complete) which includes information on the guests and agreeing to our rental agency's terms and conditions is required to be completed to finalize the booking.
