Ok this place and its location near to all the attractions is off the charts. House is beautiful, homey, spacious and CLEAN! We loved being together in this home and we are looking at dates to return in the summer!

This home was precious. It was built in 1980 and looks like it hasn't been updated since, HOWEVER it was a wonderful place to stay. The beds were comfortable, the house was spotless and very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a quick weekend visit with family. 10/10 would stay here again!

I loved this cozy home

This home was amazing! It is quiet, clean and comfortable! I had everything I needed. I was able to relax, watch tv, use the wifi for work and I had no issues at all. I even got to watch morning dove babies leave their nest and learn to fly.

This house met my expectations and was perfect for my weekend in the area. The kitchen is actually larger than expected, allowing us to sit around the island, snacking and chatting for hours. House was clean, cozy, and the neighborhood was quiet. Will be back!

Fantastic Home In Lake Charles La!

What a great stay! House was immaculate, well appointed and very comfortable. Host was great and we loved our stay. We were in town for a family gathering and to attend a Mardi Gras Ball. Highly recommend especially if you need a nice quiet place to stay in Lake Charles. Thank you!

Our stay in this house was very comfortable and nice. The only negative was that it has well water and there was a smell to the water. This was mainly noticeable in the bathroom when using the shower/tub. This the 4 stars instead of 5. Nice rocking chairs on the front and back porch. There was a dove sitting on her nest the whole time we were there. She was amazing to watch!I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great communication!

We needed a place to stay after hurricane Beryl knocked out our power for almost a week. The house is in a very quiet peaceful area and the owner and management company were very quick to respond to any questions or needs we had.

Sweet & Cozy

Perfect for our weekend stay. House is very clean and a quiet neighborhood. Best way to describe it is felt like a weekend at your grandma‘s house it’s the perfect place to stay if you’re attending an event at the Burton complex. All amenities were available, but you may want to pack extra toilet paper and trash bags. There was only one of each. Also, if you’re used of a TV in a bedroom, there is only one TV in the living room. None of these are bad things just things I like to know. My only complaint is The bedroom with the twin bed is a bunk bed and is only good for children. The mattresses were by far the worst I’ve ever slept on. I as well as my 14-year-old woke up and went to sleep on the couch. The other two beds were very comfortable. There were air mattresses available, but no pump. But overall was perfect for our weekend getaway with the family.while attending cattle show at the Burton Complex. It was closer than running a hotel room.

Not what we expected

The house was spacious and clean, in a quiet neighborhood. The AC was set to 74° when we arrived at 4 pm. We lowered it 70° and it didn’t cool the house until 12 am. We couldn’t sleep until then because it felt very hot and humid. The AC could not keep the house cool in the heat of the afternoons, but it wasn’t very bad except for that first day. Also, it would have been good to know that the house has well water, so it has a strong odor and taste. We paid a pet deposit because we brought our kitten but were alarmed to find glue traps that could have harmed her if we didn’t see them. If would have been nice if the AC was set to a cooler temperature for our arrival, and if there were no glue traps on the floor. But it was comfortable besides those things.
