Waterfront Property with boat slip and electric lift to accomodate a boat 16’ or less. Home is only 2 miles from boat launch and a short boat ride to Calcasieu Lake where you can enjoy fishing and water sports. Also nearby are two resort casinos and plenty of shopping and restaurants. This property has a covered outdoor space and a raised deck over the boat stall to enjoy the water views. The interior is beautifully decorated with a fully functional kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, washer, dryer, and amenities including wi-fi and toiletries.

We are an adventurous, fun loving family that loves to be on the water whether it be boating, fishing, surfing, or just hanging at the beach. We have 3 children and we own and manage several long term rentals in Lake Charles and also one short term rental on the beach in the Cayman Islands!

This house is well equipped and perfectly located for fishing or simply relaxing with family. The covered patio area is a great place to relax by the water and unwind. It is near enough to the resort casinos and town, yet far enough away to feel like a getaway. You'll love the decor and the coziness of this home. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!

The home sits on a canal that leads right out to the Lake and has a boat launch approximately one mile away! Also, there is a boat lift to store your boat (16 feet or less)
