Nice and clean place. Location next to the first hole on the golf course was great. A bit dated but well kept. Probably the best deal you will find in Sedona, well worth it.

Everything was great! The hot tub/pool. The golf course with water features was peaceful in the mornings. The house was spacious with 2 people. The only thing we did not love was that we had to keep taking the trash out to the dumpster that were not clean at all.

Hi Mariah! Thank you so much for the review. We are so glad that everything was great. In regards to the dumpsters, unfortunately that is out of our control. We don't manage the complex. We only manage the unit in the complex. The dumpsters are a part of the HOA. You were great guests and we hope to have you back in Sedona real soon.

Very nice furnishings and beautiful view; however, the carpet is dirty and worn and needs to be replaced. The stove top is dirty and burner needs to be replaced. The place in general was not that clean, such as hair and fingernails in bathroom drawers, crumbs on countertop, food on stove top.
