The property was beautiful! The back yard was SO relaxing! Super clean and it had everything we needed . I was starting to wonder if I should have even packed anything since it was all already there for us. The owners were nice and very Informative! Definitely recomendable and will for sure be staying here again! Thanks for an amazing weekend!
The house was great house fells like a home. Our dog loved the yard just as much as we did. The backyard patio is a great way to end the day with friends. Highly recommended ~ Thank you for sharing your home.
Owners were helpful in figuring out the problems we had for check in. Once that was resolved, everything was great. A perfect home base for mountain biking in Sedona.
We thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was priced well for the location--it's a quick drive to all of the major destinations in Sedona. The home was clean, decorated tastefully, and the kitchen was well appointed. We greatly appreciated the ease of check in and check out. (The owners did not give us a "to do" list prior to check out.) Thanks for a great Spring Break getaway!
This property met all our needs. It was comfortable, clean and modern...perfect for our weekend getaway. Pleased all the way around from booking communications to location and property.
We had a great month at this property. Perfect location in VOC near Clark’s market, coffee shops and lots of great restaurants. Great hiking and biking trails nearby. Friendly neighborhood to walk your dogs. Home was clean, comfortable and well equipped and organized. Plenty of pots and pans, real sharp knives. Nice sized TVs. Plenty of towels and bedding. Loved the backyard for the pets. Good communication from the homeowners.

Manufactured home - not as described
I was looking at quite a few house but ended up choosing this home because the house was listed as “modern” and the pictures looked really nice. I thought it would be a food home base for my husband to work through the week and enjoy Sedona on off hours. I also thought it was in a golf course neighborhood. I guess I didn’t do my research!
I paid $3k for the week and was shocked when I drove up to see a manufactured home on cinder block columns (blocked by a lattice fence). The furnishings were okay but felt very flimsy. The sheets on the bed were so thin and would not stay tucked on the bed. There were very little towels for use in the bathrooms. The house also had an odor much like a sewer line. We couldn’t figure out what the smell was or were it was coming from. The internet was also very spotty.
If I was paying a quarter of the price, I wouldn’t be so upset. I feel ripped off. Other homes at the same rate were larger and not Manufactured! I think the description should be explicitly clear what kind of home is for rent. I will not be going back and definitely will not recommend to others.
Great property to enjoy the red rock area
Clean and comfortable
Located in Oak Creek was perfect if you don’t want to get caught up in the busy Sedona area
Great hiking close by
Convenient to shopping and restaurants, with some good new restaurants in Oak Creek
Outside sitting and backyard was quiet and relaxing
Highly recommend would return
This was out first stay in Sedona and this was the perfect location - easy to find, quiet and relaxing but close enough to all the trails, restaurants and shopping.
The house was clean, modern and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!!
We stayed for about one week in this property located In the Village of Oak Creek, a short drive south of the town of Sedona. The bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed, and the outdoor deck and living spaces were inviting and attractive. There were three adults in our party, and I definitely think we could have had another two or so in the space. Our two dogs loved the yard. The property is close to a well appointed grocery store; and the shops in Oak Creek have most anything else you might need on vacation. Most kitchen supplies are stocked at the property. Good value!
Beautiful home and nicely furnished at a great location. Perfect place to celebrate a small family event. Nice, friendly and accommodating owners. Would stay here again.
The stay was great, the house was neat and clean with exception of a couple of dishes. The patio was super cute and very comfortable furniture and beds. We could have used a few more wash clothes, but other than that, all was great!!
The house is adorable. Decorated so cute. Felt cozy and at home. Master bed is extremely comfortable. You can tell the family that owns it are nice people. We loved The backyard the only negative that wasn’t communicated by the owner in advance Is that you can not go in the back yard after 9pm. There was a note on the back door that Said the neighbors have the right to call the police if they can hear you. Which was kind of a bummer since the backyard lounge area is why we chose the home and what we looked forward to the most. To be able to hang outside in the evening after we went to a nice dinner and be able to have a glass of wine and chat with our friends until at least 10 or 11. For that reason alone we wouldn’t rent again but we definitely made the best of it.
Needed a stay away form home with the family and went o Sedona to see the sights. Found the home easily, beautiful and very clean. Very simple instructions, very comfortable and had a very pleasant stay.
We were a bit concerned when renting this property due to no picture of the front exterior. It is a renovated modular home in a community of similar properties. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful with a golf course view from the precious back deck and patio area. Unfortunately for us it rained most of our stay so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor space. The interior is done in light grey and white with a very homey feel to it. The living room has two comfortable full size dark grey sofas and there are nice, easy to use tv’s in each room. The beds are VERY comfortable. The kitchen and laundry are well equipped. Supplies such as soaps, paper towels, Kleenex, and toilet paper are in abundance. Snacks and a welcoming letter greet you. The property owners do store their belongings in the second and third bedroom closets which was not an issue for us. The property owners are quick to respond answering texts and emails quickly. The biggest bonus for us was the cleanliness of this property. Our thanks to whoever cleans the home! We were very comfortable here and would rent this property again.
