About this property

Enjoy a peaceful vacation in the comfort of a home away from home! This 3 bedroom house is located in a prime location on Lake Sam Rayburn. A beautiful, shallow cove is accessed by a 2 minute walk from the back yard of this house through a deed-granted walk zone. There is a sandy beach along the shoreline of the cove for hours of enjoyment. Sam Rayburn is a Corp-owned lake, so access to the beachfront areas are open to all! It is located an a peaceful, family oriented neighborhood of Rayburn Country. The house sleeps up to 11 people. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the basic cooking supplies and dishes. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked with the necessary linens. The downstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed. Bedroom 2 upstairs has a queen bed and a twin. Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds that are full-sized on the bottom and twin-sized on the top. There is a large wooden deck outside for grilling and outdoor gatherings. The boat ramp is just minutes away. **Reservations will not be booked on the same day of the departure of previous guest due to cleaning requirements.

Only use our property for parking. The street is narrow, so please use driveway. Do not park in grass. (Will charge deposit) No ATVs are allowed.

There is deed-granted walk access to the lake. Renters are expected to stay within the legal walk access area. (10ft along fence line backyard access)

So much fun!

We stayed at Kelly’s place during the 40th annual Big Bass Splash. Besides the rain and the wind everything was perfect with the house. We would have kept our boats in the water if the lake wasn’t so low but we managed as we always do. The house was clean and spacious with plenty of parking. Kelly is a wonderful host and very responsive. Only thing we missed was a fire pit but I guess you can’t have it all. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Kelly for sharing your home with us.

Peaceful stay

I enjoyed my stay in this beautiful property while in town for the THSBA State tournament. I booked it with the intention of relaxing for a couple of hours everyday on the sandy beach. The cove was only a 45 second walk, but there was no beach. Too much rain filled the lake so it was just high grass, then water. Still beautiful, but couldn't enjoy a day at the beach like I planned. Communication with the owner, Kelly, was excellent. The house was clean, and I loved the soft sheets on the bed. My only wish, was that it had wi-fi so I could have more easily shared all the pics I was taking at the tournament. Overall, a lovely weekend and I would recommend it to others if you are heading to Sam Rayburn.

Excellent stay

We booked this trip for a quick getaway with our kids. Communication with the host was excellent. She worked with us to accommodate our needs. The house was easy to find. Plenty of parking and in a great neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this house and host.

Great place to rest after fishing

We stayed at this property for the Big Bass Splash. We fished all day and this place was the perfect place to rest. The outdoor deck was our place to unwind. The house was roomy and comfortable. We had a little trouble with the locks when checking in but the owner was super responsive and we solved the issue while on the phone. We plan to come back and hope we can stay again.
