Modernized with a careful nod to its place in Sant Fe history, with traditional adobe walls and a diamond plaster finish, dark Saltillo floors, and handmade tiles in the kitchen and baths. Art and furnishings in the home were curated to reflect the golden age of the Santa Fe art scene.



The home is nestled in an established, highly desirable neighborhood, and the two-bedroom main house is complemented by a private casita, perfect for parties who prefer separate spaces. Surrounded by lush landscaping, a backyard water feature, and gated spaces, this private oasis offers a tranquil retreat close to Canyon Road and all that Santa Fe has to offer.



LIVING AREA AND DINING

The inviting living room features a cozy and stylish sectional couch and a smart TV. The living room is open to the dining room, which features a Kiva fireplace for the warmth and crackle of a wood fire.



KITCHEN

The open-concept galley kitchen is well-appointed with high-end appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The kitchen also features quality glass and bar ware and all you need to make an extra special cup of coffee in the morning.



BED AND BATH

The main house includes two large king bedrooms, each offering unique features and design styles. One bedroom boasts a charming Kiva fireplace, while the other provides direct access to the backyard garden. The recently renovated bathroom enhances the comfort and functionality of the living space.



The casita has a queen bed and its own bathroom, making it perfect for anyone who needs a private suite.

The property features a backyard water feature and walled, gated spaces that attract native birds. The serene ambiance is perfect for outdoor barbecuing and dining, offering lush greenery under a canopy of trees.

The casita offers a private outdoor area for guests to relax and unwind.

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
