Lower Level - 1 bedroom (queen), 1 full bathroom w/shower), living area with queen sofa sleeper & a 46 inch LED Smart TV, steam room, sauna, and washer/dryer.

The home COMFORTABLY sleeps 6 people = 3 beds. The downstairs sofa also pulls out in case you need an extra bed.

This house was wonderful! The location couldn’t have been better - within a walking distance of the Plaza, great restaurants, shops and attractions. The house was spotless, well appointed, comfortable and spacious. Adam was a helpful and responsive host. We couldn’t have imagined a better property for our vacation in Santa Fe.

Probably my favorite rental I’ve stayed in. Perfect for our family. Great location. Had everything we wanted and needed. Comfortable beds and comfortable living room furniture that had room for all of us. Beautiful home. Easy walk to plaza area. Wonderful coffee shop a couple blocks away too. We had a great time visiting New Mexico and Santa Fe here! The location is perfect and makes getting around simple and fun. The house is a great funky stay with plenty of room for large groups and kept everyone comfortable!

Everything about this property screams STAY HERE!!The patio is a gorgeous peaceful place to hear the frogs and bels in the evening as well as have a lovely fire to stay warm! The rooms are comfortable and plenty of pillows, blankets and towels! So nice!!The dry sauna and steam room downstairs are an amazing and most welcome feature after a day of walking around town- you can literally get ANYWHERE from this adorable super Santa Fe’d house. Definitely bring your friends and family to Marcy street!! I spent a lot of time relaxing on the patio!!!

Will NOT disappoint. Great place, great location and fab host. Adam even called me a few weeks ahead of time to make sure we had everything we needed. That set a lovely and welcoming tone. Nite this place is big and roomy with plenty of hang out spots indoors and outdoors. It’s also a quick stroll to the square BUT is quiet. I’d definitely stay here again

Our stay at La Casa de Suerte was amazing - everything was outstanding. The location is perfect - an easy walk to the plaza, Canyon Road, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. The off-street parking was great. As close as we were to downtown, the was no street noise. The house was clean and gave us Santa Fe vibes that made us want to spend time there. The beds and pillows were very comfortable - so appreciated! Plenty of towels were available. We used the steam room and sauna every morning. They were clean and had plenty of room for 4 of us at a time. We also lit a fire on the back patio one evening -thanks so much for the firewood...that is often not available at VRBO's. We didn't cook anything, but the kitchen appointments all looked great. We highly recommend staying here on your visit to Santa Fe!
