The living room is newly tiled, decorated with stylish yet comfortable furnishings, and has a flat screen Smart TV. The living room and master bedroom both open up to your own garden level patio paradise with fantastic views of the Gulf and Eden's lush tropical gardens. The master bedroom has a king bed, an updated master bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, and a double granite vanity. With the sofa sleeper in the living room, this property will comfortably sleep four people. EG05 is complimented by state-of-the-art electronics and many other extras including easy access to the pool and beach from the garden level patio. All units at Eden have a full-size washer and dryer, Cox Cable, and free WiFi. This unit allows short-term rentals only.

Perfect for a family of 4

Everything about this condo was perfect! We had a beautiful ocean view, the pool was just a few steps away. We loved that we were in the terrace level and had a beautiful patio. The property was very nice, nice pool and staff was very friendly. There’s was a Publix near by and groceries delivery from many groceries store. We love it so much that we are hoping to come back next year and get the same condo.
