Sandy Key is the perfect place to enjoy family fun year after year. This popular 2 bedroom/2 bathroom GROUND FLOOR unit offers the luxury of a full view of the Gulf along with immediate access to all the amenities, including the heated pool and the beach cross-over just steps from your back door. Inside you will find this condo to be well maintained as the owner is continously updating. The master suite features a king-sized bed, shower/tub combo in the en-suite bathroom, gorgeous views of the Gulf, and access to the beachfront patio. The guest bedroom has 2 NEW full size beds which are well suited for additional couples or children in your party. The fully equipped kitchen, with new granite counter tops and a full deep sink, is the perfect place for the chef of the family to prepare a wonderful home cooked meal. Six people can sit comfortably at the dining room table while another three can fit at the breakfast bar. The spacious, newly furnished living room has ample seating for everyone to enjoy the spectacular view of the beach, or to enjoy a movie night. On the patio, take in the sights and sounds of the beach and don't forget to catch the gorgeous sunsets, all from your own patio, steps off the walkway path! This unit is perfect for those that want to skip the wait of an elevator and walk directly out your back door to the heated pool or go for a walk on our white sandy beach. A new air purification system has also been installed in this condo. All units include cable, WIFI, and full size washer and dryer. No smoking or pets allowed in the unit or on the property.

Great resort and great room!

We have enjoyed staying at Sandy Key twice now and it is always a wonderful time! The beach is close so not too far of a walk for my elderly parents. The pools were clean and the property was well maintained!

Paradise Found in Sandy Key 122

We have rented several places along Perdido Key and Sandy Key 122 has been among our favorites. The grounds were well kept, the unit was fabulous! It had everything we needed, was well furnished, clean and the location was perfect! Can’t wait until next year, we will be returning to Sandy Key 122!!

We have stayed at Sandy Key for numerous trips to Perdido. Never a bad experience but this was absolute best condo we’ve stayed in. It was so easy unloading when we arrived and when returning from shopping. Same when we left to go home. No waiting for the elevator on our trips down to the beach. The view is the bomb. Another plus is that other rooms have people passing by on their way to and from the beach but there is grass outside 122 so no one passes close to patio. A nice unit all around and I’d love to be able to stay here again !!

Loved the unit, and my friends had a great time, but unfortunately I became ill and had to stay in hospital the entire time. However, I want to rent this same place next year. Love it.

We took a week's break from the Indiana weather and enjoyed our time at Sandy Key and found our unit to be well decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The beach was wonderful and even though the weather was cool, we were able to enjoy the area and all it had to offer. We would recommend the facility and unit 122 to anyone.

The room location was so convenient to the pool, beach board walk and parking! Very nicely furnished. My ONLY complaint is that management of Sandy Key closes the hot tub during peak season (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). They claim they had too much trouble with people “breaking it.” Seemed strange since all other properties are able to maintain a hot tub during peak season. Other than that we had no complaints. Great place to stay especially with children!

I loved sandy key and have decided to make it our yearly beach spot

Sandy key condo 122 was awesome very spacious very clean the back Patio was awesome and convenient for walking right out back and the pool was to the left the beach boardwalk to the right. We really enjoyed ourselves!
