Good location, nice duplex

Very convenient location for all the major sights. The only issue is it’s on a main road. House was clean and very spacious.

Property is conveniently located to surfers paradise however being on a fairly main road the noise is very loud & constant from 4am through to after midnight. Cleanliness isn’t upto standard.The dust on skirtings, carpets, lounges need to be professionally cleaned & maintained. Handles & toilet roll holders need to be fixed. Toilets run after being flushed. Had all appropriate amenities & kitchen equipment. Beds were very comfortable & clean.
