The elevator is located nearby to provide easy accessibility for guests while the limited number of units in these villas maintains a quiet sense of privacy. Adjacent to this building are tennis courts, park-style grills and the Windswept Ridge pool.

During the summer months, getting to the beach is easy with the complimentary trolley and beach valet services (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). The nearest trolley stop is just steps away and once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear and helping you set up. But the beach is just the beginning! Thanksgiving Gathering

Overall we had a great experience…once we got in the unit. We had one very frustrating glitch. The unit address on all the paper work said “40”. The units were lettered. The office was closed due to the Holiday and we had no way in which to contact anyone. Finally, on a whim, I decided to see if it meant 4th floor unit O. Only there were only 3 floors; we tried unit “O” anyway and it was indeed the right unit. It is not something most would figure out and it was super frustrating standing outside the building with all of our luggage not knowing what to do. After we were inside all was fine. It would have been nice to have a cooling spray or oil at the house to use since the pans were not nonstick. Everything else was great. Thank you for sharing your beautiful residence. The view was amazing.
